These terms govern your use of this website (kitchingscharity.org), which is published and maintained by the Kitchings General Charity, a registered charity in England and Wales (charity number 219957) with registered office at The Old Vestry, Church Lane, Bardney, Lincolnshire LN3 5UF.

By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. These terms apply alongside our privacy policy and cookie policy.

The content on this website is published in good faith for general information. It is not financial advice, legal advice, debt advice, or professional advice of any kind, and should not be relied on as such. Donations & refunds.

Donations are gifts in support of the charity's purposes. They are not, ordinarily, refundable. If you have made a donation in genuine error — for example, you intended to give £25 and accidentally entered £250, or the donation was duplicated — please write to [email protected] within thirty days. We will refund the surplus in full, less any unavoidable transaction fees, by the original payment method.

Liability.

We do our best to keep the website available, accurate, and free of viruses. But we are a small parish trust without an in-house technical team. To the extent the law allows, we exclude liability for any loss or damage arising from the website being unavailable, containing minor inaccuracies, or being unable to be reached temporarily during maintenance.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for matters that cannot lawfully be limited — in particular death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

Links to other websites.

This website contains links to a small number of other websites — the Charity Commission register, OpenStreetMap, our partner organisations, the ICO. We are not responsible for the content of those websites and inclusion of a link is not an endorsement.

Changes to these terms.

We may amend these terms from time to time. We will note the date of the last update at the top of this page. Continued use of the website after a material change constitutes acceptance.

Governing law.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
